We specialize in custom acrylic fabrication - creating products using clear and colored plastics.  These plastics include, but are not limited to acrylic (also known as plexiglass or Lucite), vivak, polycarbonate (also known as Lexan), PVC, foamed PVC, and many more. 
Our custom plastic fabricators are experts in bending, polishing and forming plastic and using adhesives to join multiple components together.  We can also personalize your products with screen-printing. We have the capability of fabricating a single part or large runs of thousands of parts. 
Some of our customers are food processors, medical suppliers, manufacturers and retailers.  Their custom fabricated plastic products include food bins, medical boxes, machine guards, store fixtures, machine components, sign holders, and POP displays. 
Our acrylic fabrication department uses state of the art equipment available in our machine shop, and also computerized beam saws specifically made to cut plastic.  We are able to offer you “quick cut to size”, whether you need one piece of plastic or a large quantity.
